We want you to love your unique piece of wood and resin art, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the box.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack your electronics in the original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
